Peru: Terrorism is over?
Maybe not, but Peru just captured its leader "Camarada Artemio" in the last hours in Tocache, north of Peru.
President Humala said in the last minutes: "My military experience tells me there is no success to chance. This is an permanent effort of law enforcement". At the moment, Mr. President is going to Tocache and we wait for news.
Prime Minister Oscar Valdes said two months ago: "The Government does not negotiate with terrorists, we will capture and put them in jail".
